The Queen’s club final has been defaulted by Nalbandian after he had a kick at the small hoarding around one of the line judges.
The hoarding came apart and the line judges shin had a nice gash as a result.
Court misconduct, game over. What a dipshit.
The linesman was a bit of a cunt about it, acted like he had been struck by a bolt of lightning.
He had a nice gash on his leg after it!
Interesting to see one of the doctors ( Luis García del Moral) who USADA have opened formal action in relation to doping in Armstrong case has a role in Spanish tennis apparently. More here http://tennishasasteroidproblem.blogspot.ie/2012/06/dr-luis-garcia-del-moral-and-tennis.html
Gald no one was around to see me kicking lumps out of the fence in my match on Saturday.
Nalbandian now being investigated for assault. Bit rough. Who would report that? You’d have to be some spa.
These tennis dudes take this very seriously.
The Falklands issue coming to the boil again.
Like when Honduras and El Salvador went to war after a WC qualifier in the 70’s.
This will not end well.
I’m waiting for another Gotcha headline from the Sun when he’s sanctioned for this.
FAO OF TENNIS FANS:
Dr. Luis Garcia del Moral has been banned for life by the USADA for doping violations. All to do with the Armstrong case. As previously mentioned this del Moral character has been heavily involved in tennis also. He or the academy he works in has associations with David Ferrer, Igor Andreev, María Kirilenko, Anabel Medina, Marat Safin, Sara Errani and Dinara Safina. Any of these tennis players show signs of doping?
When Marat Safin gets angry, he turns into a giant green monster with super strength. Other than that, hard to say really.

Safina was world number one then disappeared without trace.
I wouldn’t know much about the women. Andreev was never more than a mid-ranking player, couldn’t claim to know all that much about him. I’ve probably only seen him play a few times. It would surprise me if Safin was doping. He was extremely talented, but never quite made full use of it. (He did have a fairly bad temper on court for what it’s worth, which was what my last post was about.) He never seemed the most athletic. I’d suppose you could make a case for Ferrer. He seems to have boundless energy, even at the age of 30 now. He always has though, it wasn’t a sudden thing.
Only 2 men have played more grand slams than andy murray and not won one, and then gone on to win one later in their career. Name them.
