Correct.

Clarkey what is your take on the players who worked with Garcia del Moral? Any doping problem in tennis?

I’d need to see the list of players again. I do think that it is more of a problem (and advantage) in cycling as I think I have previously outlined elsewhere. And taking crystal meth is ok by me too.

David Ferrer, Igor Andreev, María Kirilenko, Anabel Medina, Marat Safin, Sara Errani and Dinara Safina

I don’t think there was any real peak in any of their performances, lar. I have no evidence so I won’t throw stones. But if they were on drugs I think it highlights my point that it’s more about talent in tennis and certain other sports than the likes of athletics, swimming and cycling.

Rafa has had to withdraw from the Olympics.

Is drug testing more stringent at the Olympics than regular ATP tour events?

A shame that Rafa won’t be back to add another gold medal to his haul.

Ho ho!!

Lance used to skip the Olympics for the same reasons back in the days when cycling didn’t combat doping.

Roger Federer out of the US Open.

Watching my first action of the US Open, Djokovic looking really good against Ferrer at the moment, after dropping the first set he stormed back to take the second 6-1 and has a break in the third set. He will dispose of Murray comfortably in the final.

Djokovic was lucky that tornado warning came when it did. He looked entirely uncomfortable in the wind and another hour’s play last night could have finished him.

Djokovic secures the double break in the fourth to effectively kill the match off just in time for me to switch over to the NFL kick off. Looked very impressive from what I saw there.

Best of luck in the final Nole.

This Azarenka is one annoying cunt. I for one would applaud if Serena lodged a ball in her gullet.

Bandy Burray has broken serve early against Nole in the first set. I am not worried - I have the utmost confidence that Murray doesn’t have the conviction to see this through to its conclusion.

The dour Scot is such a bore.

Nole.

Moonball Murray.
