Probably not because Federer and Nadal are vaccinated and don’t intentionally rock up to a country breaking the rules.
Contained within your post there is a statement that the rules should be different for celebrities with power, money and influence.
I think that’s a common thread with Djokovic’s supporters, ultimately they believe in nothing except power and privilege getting its way.
