There’s a terrible anti-Rafael Nadal bent to some posts here.

Rafael Nadal plays by the rules.

He should not be disadvantaged because No Vax won’t.

Presumably he can just get vaccinated and present himself again?

I think one thing the whole Covid things have shown us that there are a lot of kid on left wingers who have been shown up to be little more than authoritarian right wingers. The demonisation and discrimination of minority groupings because of their beliefs and health choices is toxic and zealotry and vitriol with which they parade it about…

For what end to grow the share price of Big Pharma, to solidify the political position or centre right parties and their capitalist cronies? To further the racist media outlets who refuse to address these scandals?

What the whole Covid situation has shown there is only scrapings of an actual leftist society in a the Western World. It has been eviscerated by woke fascists.

There are few men of honour like Jeremy Corbyn anymore.

Nobody mentioned power, celebrity or money or even implied it.
Only small men see things like this.

The world has officially gone mad

That’s exactly what it’s about. The belief that power, money and celebrity should not have to adhere to rules like the little people.

It’s very Leona Helmsley.

Very interesting to see the lads advocating a zero-tolerance visa policy at the border.

I would have thought the Australian Open organisers did everything they could to get him in and even had nicely teed it up for Novak with the independent medics signing him off.

The stumbling block is the Australian population en masse who’ve been largely under house arrest for 18 months saw it as a bending of the rules and a special case and were up in arms over it. PM Morrison saw what way the wind was blowing and said he’s not to be let in.

I’m sure a great champion of Australia and its people like yourself as manifested in your steadfast support of the Australian cricket team over the years would be respectful of whatever rule of law it is they have in Australia and the wishes of the Australian people.

I presume that he had a negative PCR test.

Perhaps the Australians don’t have confidence in the accuracy of those tests.

I’ve popped over to the Heffron Tennis Centre this morning. Real sense of jubilation in the air. One commentator believed there could be a ball hop in play and we’ll allow him to stay once the state government has asserted their authority.

Why have they football goals in that giraffe sized tennis court?

Rules are rules at the end of the day and tennis is a game for gentlemen and not scruffs. Andre Agassi didn’t get to play in the Championship until he got rid of the denim gear and wore all whites.

Given that people couldn’t see family for nearly two years and still can’t in many cases, this strikes me as all a bit
