From the bit I’ve watched Alcaraz seems to be getting distracted by Djokovic limping between points.
The limp is brought out for when Novak loses a point, and never appears to affect movement when the ball is in play.

Djokovic in the box seat now. Wins the 3rd set to take a 2-1 lead and breaks Alcaraz in opening game of the 4th set.
