Fed was excellent today. Haven’t seen much of the tournament otherwise. How come nobody seems to be tipping Raonic to come through his side of the draw? On the form of second half of last season, I would have thought he’d be favourite.
Nadal has only won the Blue Riband event of tennis The Championship on two occasions. Sampras and Federer won it 7 times. When you add in the lesser three Grand Slams, Nadal’s haul of 14 is 3 less than Federer’s 17.

No Nadal has won the Championship just twice in 2008 and 2010.

Raonic has a chance but his big weakness is his fitness. He just doesn’t have the same fitness levels as the other top players.
The only measure we have of GOAT v Federer is their head to head record. Fed won lots of handy slams pre 2008 before Nadal and Djokovic started to really peak
