Good shower usually sorts it. I work nights, I finished up yesterday morn, was delighted that downpour came, slept well yesterday.

Normally sleep through but woke a fair bit last night. Very warm in the bed.
Get yourself a hot water bottle but make it cold water. It’s helped me in the past.

Eventually got off after 4 o’clock. 05:30 the 3 yr old joined us in the bed, 06:30 I could hear her saying “hey, is it time to get up now Daddy??”.
Coffee is my friend.

Went up to bed at 8:30 as I was falling asleep on the couch from the tiredness. Bing, 02:30, wide awake. Got up and I’m doing a bit of work now. Might go for a run at a time that will be acceptable to my Strava peeps, after 05:00 I reckon.
