Thing is, this is about reasonable doubt. The peeler had absolutely zero regard for human life, and won’t have lost a jot of sleep over any of this, bar any personal discomfiture, but looking at the case, they’re going to find it hard to make a murder charge stick.
I’d reckon he’ll get done for manslaughter and get a high sentence pour encourager les autres.

I was just watching a bit of it there. The lad who carried out the autopsy was unequivocal in his testimony. Point blank stated that cause of death was due to the pressure applied by your man’s knee.
