Heād to stop last week as heād blood in his urine for four days solid. He ran through a vomiting bug. Heās got vlog on YouTube that he puts up. Iāve not watched it but he may put the stats up on that.

Ray OāConnor finished Badwater in just under 39 hours 20 minutes
A chap Iāve met on the trails a few times up here (heād be faster going up the hills than me going down) was racing an ultra at the weekend in England.
He was in second place 98.5km into a 100km race. Next thing he woke up in an ambulance. By all accounts heād pushed himself to the absolute limits and completely collapsed and had to spend a few days in hospital. Yikes.
