The calibre of poster who has given them the seal says it all. Everyone else isn’t worth taking note of.
I never took much notice of these boys but they aren’t my cup of tea .
He doesn’t like the War on Drugs either.

Many people would give the same reaction about Pitchfork! Reviews mean nothing really if you love an album yourself.
No I always need the validation of a good review from a reputable source.

I’ve been listening to these chaps a bit lately based on recommendations here. I’m enjoying most of it (mainly the tunes with a Tom Petty, Josh Ritter, Bob Dylan vibe) and skip past the dirge (Springsteen type stuff).
Enjoying the new album. Great that the National’s new one is out next month too.
