🌬 The Weather Thread part 2

Michelle is the type of girl an Irish Mammy would love to see her son bring home.

That was a racy effort for her last night.

Amidst all of the gloom, spring has sprung. Just checking my raspberry plants there and the first shoots of growth have appeared.

Terrible ominous looking red sky this morning after dawn

You’re getting up too early.

Storm Justine - this is a thing of nothing @TreatyStones?

A thing of nothing.
Maybe a bit of a breeze and plenty of rain in some spots, but nothing major.

In other news it looks like there is potentially “a beast from the east” type scenario developing and if it comes off will take effect the end of the week, with the weekend being bitterly cold. It will be worth watching how it develops over the next few days.

Big weather event coming up the weekend according to the experts on boards.ie. Expect an update from the barney curleys soon.

I doubt you’ll see much of an update if you have him on ignore.

My rainfall meter is telling me that we’ve had a bad 2 weeks on the west coast.

Courtown today. Why anyone would stand there is beyond me.

Ridiculous amount of local flooding in North Wexford since Saturday. Paths in some of the local woods have literally been washed away due to the volume of water. Rivers and streams have formed in the woods flowing like they’ve always been there.

It’s fucking pouring out there again. I’d say I’ll need a boat to get around tomorrow

Ignoring the curleys and tassoti has really improved my viewing time on this site.

-5 on the mainland. Absolutely beautiful day but cold. Bitterly cold.
