Cruel warm still. I would hate to imagine having the Covid night sweats/fever in this heat.
From Midnight until 6am will be rapturous
Seems to have moved on from here now.
My own places escaped the worst of it, with the storms moving across to the south and north.

The estuary forcefield seems to have kept it above and below us. It must be insane up around Newcastle, continous lightning from that direction.

Fuck it lads the last 2.5 hours in Limerick city has had non stop lightening…it’s incredible. Can’t ever remember this type of sustained volume. Having a can out my back marveling at it

Thunder and lightening finally made it to the east coast. I was in bed but back up lying on the couch looking out at it. It’s spectacular looking, until it wakes one of the kids

A lot of lads nowadays with nothing better to be entertaining themselve with bar looking forlonly out their windows for a bit of high wind. God be with the days we’d be blasting the likes of Davy or Donal óg for some silly comment they made on TSG of a Sunday night

It is kicking off in Limerick the last 15 minutes. I was down to three mississippis between lightning and thunder at one stage but it seems to be moving away again. The thunder is unrale, like a truck going past the front window

Seems to be gone now. Thats the worst/best thunderstorm since I moved here. Hope it didn’t do any damage.
