A beautiful day here on the Irish Riviera for a few outside jobs.

I’ve the grass cut, a tricky drain unblocked, some weeding done and some security lighting upgraded and installed.

I’m off for a Hugh Heinz around 5pm all being well.

Let the rains begin……

Rain on the way in leafy T12 :cloud_with_rain:

Nice drop falling now

Come back global warming, all is forgiven.

I’d nearly stick a stew on for the day.

I left a wet and miserable Dublin this morning, lovely blue skies in the mid West

Glorious Sept morning here.

The rain was so heavy there for a while the satellite signal was knocked out.

Misery

I was never as happy to see a drop of rain.

Something nice about heading to the bed knowing that’ll it be pissing rain in a few hours and your heavily mortgaged house will protect you from it.

Still 23 every day on the mainland. Was 22 at 630 pm today. No sign of rain. Set to be 23 every day for another week. Strange times.

@TreatyStones

RTE weather forecasts seem overly interested in a Hurricane system just off America.

Looking at Windy.com their modelling has it petering out off Portugal before wknd

Doesn’t look like any major concern at the moment, but @BruidheanChaorthainn I’d be afraid Auld stock might get caught up in it
