Sun coming out here on the peninsula. Was away for a few days and the garden is like a meadow now. If I get a couple of hours of dryness the mower will be coming out.

Intermittent downpours in the city.
Didn’t see a drop of that on the East side of West Tipp

All these modern flat roofs not designed to let massive downpours away fast enough.
Plus drains & down pipes not cleaned after winter, perfect storm conditions…
The streets flooding is down to councils not clearing or checking storm drains. If a few people put claims in you can be sure they’d all make it common practice doing regular checks & cleans
