If you are reading the date like an American, then yes, this makes perfect sense.

Reads fine to my eye. If youre reading it like a Yank, means 12th june to 12th july

Next door’s lawn is practically flooded

Wet rain lads. I gambled on a stroll to the shop there for lunch. I lost.

Incase you are feeling down today in the rain It should clear tomorrow evening and stay dry for 10 days or so.

I cut the lawn there on Monday

Rain has soaked through my footwear and my socks are ringing wet.
