They should knock all the flood barriers along the midlands so that useful parts of the country like Limerick can be saved.

Another 10 days of rain and floods according to Newstalk this morning although tis a grand crisp morning in Dublin this morning-I even had to get the kettle out for the windscreen.

A lovely morning in the mid-west too, betraying the vicious storms are only hours away from striking.

Looks like after tonight Cork town center is going to get a serious battering tonight.

Tonight?

Now?

Things really picking up in Limerick. Strong winds and heavy rain.

Getting fairly blowy in Dublin now too.

I’m happy to report that Wexford Quays should be fine this evening due to the flood defences in place

fairly blustery now in dublins riviera, might head out on the pier

What are you on about?

All around the country TFK subscribers cross their fingers in the hope that you’ll make it back safely

i’ll be fine @Fran not like i’m going out on a pier on the northside where the locals are just as much of a threat as the high tides and wind

Quays in Clonmel have flooded. So much for that money spent on the Flood barriers, nice job OPW.

Who gives a fuck about Tipp? No one, that’s who.

payback for lowry
