Cold, but sunny in cork. Its a savage day really.
T’was like that yesterday morning. I love when the weather is like that. Possibly my favourite type of weather to be out in, blue sky with clean sharp air.
Ya, super weather. Great for walking, and sports.
Looking forward to being at home for a while in it. Grand in the countryside but in the city it’s just fuking annoying. My estate is like a skating rink. It’s funny watching cunts fall on their arses but that could be me some day.
Was over at the auld fellas the weekend and tintin Jnr was able to walk across a frozen loch of water, first time that has been possible aroound here in a long time.
Well a long time since it would have been possible for you to do it anyways
Spent 6 hours walking Dublin city centre streets working today. Not very much fun. Saw two fallers and nearly went over at least 4 times myself.
This is getting serious down at home now.
The auld pair can’t get out of the house at all and it’s getting worse. Good job I left yesterday and that was a struggle.
Was up in Mayo for a session there on Sunday-home yesterday. Some weather up that part alright, everything was completely white. 7 hours it took to travel from Wexford.

They’ll be having quite an amount of sexual intercourse to pass the time, I imagine.
We’ve been lucky enough down here. Haven’t got any proper snow to speak of, and the frost is gone, but the weather is bitterly cold. Bucketing down outside now as well.
Indeed.

Thinly veiled fuck the old folks im outta there thats the main thing.
Just looked at the forecast for Limerick for the weekend.
Holy Fuck is all I can say.
Not forecast to get above -4 at any stage on Friday!
Today is a proper shitty day in the Poppintree district. Cold, wet, bitter wind chill factor, utterly overcast. I am off to Centra to get some brown sugar and cloves.
Hot Whiskey for the day??
Heard councils dont have enough salt to grit the roads now. Recesion meant cutbacks in amount of salt purchased. Funny but perhaps a little concerning.
If that trend transfers to the general population there should be a welome reduction in heart disease as a result, except in Ulster where the fry still tends to block the main arteries worse than in other areas of the country. Swings and roundabouts.
I have a 500g tub of Saxa salt I am willing to contribute to the Limerick Co Council’s road gritting fund.
You are listening to too many doctors. Kev says the effects of salt are exaggerated.
