I survived Hurricane Charlie. Actually I put on my oilskins and made a point of going to the Hut for a pint. The Hut was full of fellows who had put on their oilskins and made a point of going to the Hut for a pint.

I’m fucking seething. Was on pint 5 of the nicest Guinness I’ve drank in months when I got a text from the wife to come home because a mouse was running around the living room. The pub was hopping as people started getting texts not to come in tomorrow.
