Blizzard now on the famed 'dyke. That lass in the green has sensibly aborted her morning run.

Red Warning for Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and a few more already for today.

The warning system has been criticized but for red warning events it works well as it gives a bit of certainty and removes the “do I need to be seen to make an effort” for many. It stops unnecessary journeys and ultimately stops accidents/hardship.

West Limerick’s very own Laurel and Hardy have run fo r the hills I see.

This is a joke … Cork got no warning for this… they said nothing…Dublin media/met looking out for Dublin.

Drove from Letterkenny to Tralee last night, not a snowflake to be seen. Grand sunny morning here now.

Supervalu near me has implemented bread quota - one sliced pan per customer. When will the UN intervene?

Real reflection of where we are at… time was we’d all bake a few batches of bread daily… Pat the baker me bollox.

not in the posher areas of Fingal

Absolutely, we have become frightfully dependent and quite vulnerable as a consequence. Spot on as usual Choco.

The Beast has attacked cork with a vengance. I was at my desk at 7.05 am no bother. We were stood down at 8.15. Now stuck in a blizzard on a blanket of snow trying to get home :speak_no_evil:

Fuck it I’m WFH for the day, not a snow flake to be seen though!

Stay safe, bro … If you want to call in for a cuppa until the worst of it has passed I’m WFH today so you are more than welcome
