UL closed for the week so it’s up to the student to make their own craic I’d say.

No water in Drom

I woke at 1.30am to the sound of him pissing into an open toiletries bag I’d left at the foot of my bed, the bastard. He expertly managed to get it all inside the bag, destroying what I had in there. He was fine after that but he couldn’t figure out where to sleep, moving between the sitting room, a spare room, and my bedroom where he finished up for the night lying on the ground.

Is there anywhere you can track what time it’s actually going to hit specific places? The met eireann website is septic.

Try this and change the setting in the top right to rain / snow

You can change the the various models in the bottom right, which all give their own interpretation of how the snow will move up and across the country. Will give you an idea of how hard it is for Met Eireann to predict when they all say different things.

The general consensus is that it will hit Dublin/SE from about 4, and be slow enough to move up and across, it won’t reach Limerick until around 10 tonight.

There better be enough snow to make a snowman in the morning or I’ll be seething

Snowing pretty much non-stop all morning in South Dublin. I’m going to wander out shortly and will report back. Very little traffic on the roads already.

What happens the swans when the river freezes over ???

now is the time t get out and do your business when the roads are quiet

Serious blizzard conditions here in Fingal now, flurries of snowfall and a howling wind

Are you assuming that being a swan is normally a safe existence in Poland? They just have to hide somewhere else for a while

I see the stale (ha ha) bread quips/tweets have now moved onto bread clips/sketches. Meeting up in alley ways for bread deals, people throwing bread into the garden for birds and lads running in and taking it etc etc. It’s fascinating to watch people trying to get the post/tweet that will go viral.
