I think a hundred times is excessive and would lead to boredom @Mac. To be honest i’m not sure if you’d unearth anything new between goes number 3-100 but im not sure how ye do things in the tech world.

Thanks for great advice fellas. Some very useful pointers there.

Seem to be a few companies doing their “mandatory home workstation assessment” this quarter. I’d say it’s a smart way for the powers that be to force people back into the office full-time.

I can’t see too many forcing full time attendance to be honest.
We’ve laws passed to cover WFH here now and under that framework will specify one day a week “on average” for employees and two days for managers.

Back in office full time will never happen. Too many senior people want the flexibility.

Forcing a strange model in our place. Once a month you have to attend for 5 consecutive days. So home for 3 weeks and then a solid week in the office.
