They get it, but seem to be unaffected by it.

This seems to be the perfect population control virus. Almost as if it was designed in a lab.
Hard to detect.
Long incubation period.
Hosts can be healthy.
Can spread easily.
Doesn’t kill vast majority of hosts.
Seems to be fatal to almost no one of working age, then bang pensioners and above you are in trouble.
