The story is crazier than that.

ā24 December 2009, Hungarian National Gallery researcher and art historian Gergely Barki recognised the painting whilst watching Stuart Little at home with his three-year-old daughter. Barki recognised the painting from a 1928 black-and-white photograph he had seen. As he had no recording software, he was unable to pause or playback the sections with the painting, but it was shown frequently during the film. Barki believed that the painting was unlikely to be a print or copy as it was not well known. Barki sent 40ā50 emails to different production companies and crew members in an attempt to track down the painting. After TWO years, he received a response from the set designer who owned itā¦ Barki met the set designer in a park in Washington, D.C., and, after unscrewing the frame with a screwdriver borrowed from a hot dog vendor, was able to confirm the painting was genuineā. In the mid 90ās it was sold for $40, and later, upon its rediscovery, was sold to a private Hungarian collector for $285,700. āBecause of the publicity generated by its unusual rediscovery it has been described as the most widely known Hungarian paintingā.

Surprised you didnāt know that.
The Golden Horde were never as mainstream as The Stunning or Something Happens who were of the same eraā¦but never obscure. They gigged extensively and were a great live band on the circuit at that time

That I donāt know. She isnāt Irish so may not have been tied to any one place. She looked like she was gonna be a massive star around the time she had a hit with the theme from days of thunderā¦
I think she did away with the mining requirement on Top of the Pops and sang that song live gaining massive plaudits.

A lad I knowās ex-wife was one of the early vocalists in Golden Horde. Think there was two women that sang with them in early eighties.
