Pursuant to beef issues I was listening to hotelier John Brennan (Park Kenmare) yesterday. He said, and hadn’t any reason to lie, that they were paying €44 per kilo for beef - up from €24.50 last year.
That’s some hike and the PUF still getting less than €5 per kilo and carrying the costs and worries for 30 months .
Goodman and his cronies are screwing the whole lot of us. He’s an utter cunt as well.

I had liver for the dinner there. 1.41 the packet of liver cost. Easily enough for two servings. The PUF wouldn’t be getting much out of that.

What did you have it with?

Radhers and onions and a bit of the broccoli out of the garden.
