makes you very regular - you actually barely need loo roll.
if you want to lose weight a spoonful in a glass of water fills you up
other claimed benefits are lower cholesterol, good for blood sugar management - don’t know about those
I would recommend it above any other supplement i have taken in terms of seeing proven benefits
