I have to give a shout out to who ever the recruitment person is in my place. Whoever they are has just hired a Norwegian stunner who it turns out was a semi finalist in the Miss Norway competition.

Cut 50k off the interest on the lifetime of our mortgage by taking a 25 year loan rather then a 35 year one which I was advised to take in the bank.

You could save good money over a mortgage by paying fortnightly rather than monthly as well.

@Julio_Geordio, is it because you pay more back in the year as fortnightly payments are usually half a months one? Or is the interest calculated differently?
