In my years as an office worker I could never believe the waste of money on getting couriers to bring things a few hundred yards or 10 minutes walk. I was in the Office of Public Works at St. Stephen’s Green as a temp once when I was asked to get a courier to bring a package to a building on the corner of the Green, about 80 yards away. That’s where our tax money was going, every week, for years. Unreal.
I forgot it was him. I hope i haven’t offended him. I’ve seen the way he regularly destroys Puke.
