Rugby tots. Seriously. Wife told me of someone she knew who brought her 2 year old son to a rugby tots class. Paid €10 for her young lad to run around for half an hour chasing other chaps. I couldnt believe there would be something so fucking ridiculous, but yes, there is rugby coaching for 2 year old children.

Same fella is an over weight, nasal congested, negative equitite, garden decklan, Sunday Indope… You could mug him off from 100 yards.
This all reminds me…

Basic rule is make it yourself or you will never know.
Eat fruit, drink veg is the ideal, although somewhat unpractical, advice a lot of nutritionists give.
Anything bottled is full of sugar. Smoothies generally have about 2 days value of your sugar intake in them. On bottles as well they only put on the added sugar. But there is huge amounts of “natural” sugar in the juices themselves.
Avoid like the plague.

What about orange juice? I buy Tropicana and in terms of ingredients on the carton all it says is 100% orange juice not from concentrate.
Not from concentrate juices can be up to 12 months old and have lost many of their nutrients. Look for freshly squeezed, not just “not from concentrate.”

Nothing wrong with kids getting together playing, but anyone thinking it will their rugby skills down the road is a fool and being sold some outrageous lies.
I can only imagine the amount of money these cunts expected their friends to contribute to their wedding.

The wedding profits probably pay for the rugby training
Diabetes in a bottle farmer. All this companies can be traced back to coca cola or SKB or similar. They lie and actually ignore a lot if FDA guidelines and are willing to take huge fines as profits always outweigh them.
How can cartoned OJ be so much worse than freshly squeezed? Fresh would have more vitamins etc but there can’t be a difference in calorie content unless they’ve added sugar, surely.
I am find of orange juice though Kev. Other than squeezing the oranges myself is there any product other there that is reasonably ok?
None to my knowledge.
