Homer: I learned everything I needed to know from The Horse Whisperer. Step one: Seduce a lonely housewife.
[Maud Flanders appears at the window]
Homer: [Tipping his hat] Ma’am. Now for the actual horse whispering.
Homer: [Whispering in the ear of the horse] When the race starts run really fast.

Worse if it’s not your own.

Do you find many grey hairs on other peoples ballbags flatty?

:mad::oops::slight_smile:

lads, who have showed no interest and have even often mocked horse racing & bayan coming out of the woodwork today

I left my new car with my in laws whilst we went home to Galway. Told the father in law he was welcome to bring it for a spin, which he did. I noticed this morning that he has gouged the two passenger side alloys. Fuckety fuck. Fuck.

Just spotted some gimp boasting on LinkedIn about coming 4th and 7th in Ireland in 2 different subjects as part of his CIMA exams. Anyone above Leaving Cert age getting giddy about exam results deserves a good kicking.

I initially rated this agree thinking it was a Facebook post, then saw it was LinkedIn. Would you ever jog on you utter mug.

What the fuck is your problem, mate?

LinkedIn is about self promotion in a professional setting. If you buy that premise then mentioning professional exam results is legitimate use of the site. If it makes any difference to his career is debatable and he will alienate a lot of friends but most posts on linkedin are inane self promotion and don’t cast the poster in a very good light

LinkedIn as far as I can tell is manna from heaven for recruitment agents and of limited benefit to other people.

You do that self-promotion on the profile page. List out qualifications, achievements etc. But a status update to let everyone know that he’s incredibly proud of himself and surpassed even his own high expectations = cunt.

surpassed even his own high expectations - if he said that then I have sympathy for your views

Having said that he’s an accountant so his social skills are likely to be inadequate at best.

CIMA is not a real qualification.

The fact that you are so wound up about, or even paid attention to, something some lad posted on LinkedIn makes you an utter mug.

You’re making things up now, pal.

You should just let this one go now, pal.

Please stop making things up first, mate.

You’re making an even bigger fool of yourself now, mate.
