Has anyone ever gone to jail for refusing to pay a speeding fine or will i be the first?
Most of them are chucked out in court, Dunph, just say you never got it. It wasn’t sent by registered post, therefore you never got it, therefore you never had an opportunity to pay it. The prosecution will be asked to approach the bench and they’ll get a flea in the ear from the judge, the bailiff will be told to cut you down and you’ll be free to go.
Dunph, I’ll set up a paypal account for people to contribute into. We’ll split whatever profit is made between us. I’ve just sent you a PM on it.
Will you represent me in court?
Sure don’t half the people in Tour go by the same name? Just say you never got it. Say I’m John “Jimmy” Murphy, it could have gone to John “jamsie” Murphy, John “tanker” Murphy or even John “Billy” Murphy at the five cross roads
Thanks for revealing my true name there.
any spare money could go towards erecting a golden statue in tour of dunph with a racing post ihis hamd looking at the form - it would be a fitting tribute for his tips on here
Speaking as a man who used to have a ball of penalty points before i found sense there is little or no point appealing them as they will just go out of their way to screw you again…And you will get fuck all sympathy off any Judge either…
Dunph I didn’t think you Dyna would go quick enough to break the speed limit
Eh… you don’t know Tour very well do you? There’s already one outside the post office, if your suggestion is that we built another one then your point is well made.
Have you considered giving Mick Galwey a call?
yep–build another one
Four fucking times my doorbell has rung since I got home this evening. Four fucking times. Yet to answer one of them.
Rarely if ever answer the door anymore. Or the house phone. If anyone needs me they can contact me on my mobile telephone.
That’ll teach the wife to forget her keys.
That’s the right idea Gola. And after reading how poor Dunph was terrorised in his own home yesterday I might add the letter to forms of communication I’m not available to be contacted via.
I’d be the same, when the door rings here and there’s a knock i just ignore it…
