Things That Are Wrong

He attempted to fix her bike actually, and no, no relation.

Disappointed with The Dunph resorting to killing a harmless spider. The only animals / mammals / creatures that deserve to be pulverised on the spot are rats, flies and maybe a litter of kittens.

The way the Brits persist in mixing church and state in a heady mix of patriotism, self righteousness and the murder of civilians in foreign lands. Hanging battle standards up in churches, prayers, invoking God over their wars etc yet the Mujahideen are perceived as nutters.

St Patrick’s Cathedral selling Rosary beads…

The Dunph and SS are right in their actions here, I hate spiders. Don’t take the chance just kill the fuckers. Fagan, the big ones are the females, so Dunph probably got some Mr Spider’S missus.

More so a problem for me here though, as I get white tails, Red Backs and Funnel Webs all the time. Nasty things that serve no purpose on Gods green earth.

Woke up one morning in Melbourne with a cockroach inside my t-shirt, crawling down my back. Awful stuff.
Got lucky with the spiders, always just missing the times when the big lads appeared. Horrible yokes. Fuck spiders.

A news report on RTE last night about roadworks taking place in the Phoenix park. They cited the “craters” that had developed on the road and why it was in need of a €3m resurfacing. The best the camera could find was one small pot hole and and a bit of a crack in the tarmac.

Too true Runt. For that report to have lived up to the hype the young reporter should have been standing up to her neck in a pothole.

Some of the roads not in but in the vicinity of the Park are some of the worst I’ve ever cycled over. Conyngham Road (which is at last being resurfaced) for instance, had massive cracks running across the road and potholes which could easily throw you off your bike. Same with the road from Ballyfermot into the city near the Chapelizod bypass, beside Liffey Gaels. The speed ramp in the centre of Ballyfermot village near Tesco is chewed up. The road down the hill into Chapelizod off the N4 is the worst, a total death trap. Every inch of it is pockmarked by craters, potholes, bits where the road has been dug up and the repair workers clearly didn’t give a fuck. Worst road in Ireland. The surface is literally disintegrating day by day.

Typical Dublin centric view.

Worst road in Ireland.

Get ta fuck.
They are spending €3m resurfacing a road that would pass for a motorway down these parts.

I have drievn up boreens where i have had to climb out the car

But Runt, you dont understand, the surface is DISINTEGRATING BY THE DAY! :o

+1 and that road is used for the most part by people who are too good to take the bus or the train.
It would a gas coincidence altogether if this road served the heartland of the Minister for Transport’s constituency.

That would be like something Padraig Flynn would do.

Do you know the road I’m talking about? To the best of my knowledge they plan to spend €0 on resurfacing it.

As a cyclist I couldn’t give a shit about car users. As a cost cutting measure I’d suggest just repairing the surfaces of cycle lanes and let the road surfaces continue to go to shit. That way all you fat cunts might have to lose a bit of weight by walking, cycling or taking rail based public transport to work.

All cyclists can go and fuck for all I care. They shouldn’t be let near the roads.
