too fucking true … .they have not yet said what made up the other 70+% of the problem burgers.[/quote]

They calculate the Percentage of rat in them as well sometimes.

Marty Whelan is preparing new lines…

Tesco, very little horse

it shows what can happen if companies take a cavalier attitude to food safety

Just realised I have a freezer full of these burgers. They’ll all have to be destroyed anyway

eat them up to fuck. if horse meat is as bad as it gets then you have nothing to worry about.

They’ll be grand if you do them in the Towcester.

As a matter of interest this survey only tested for horse and pig DNA in the burgers. It didn’t test for anything else. So God knows what else is in the burgers.

its getting worldwide coverage. id say the press here will redrum tesco

Cavan and Louth cunts, these folk cannot be trusted.

Ironic you mention Tayto on a burger as Tesco are doing a limited edition “Crisp burger”, made with extracts from the 1973 Grand National runner-up.

Why the fuck are they called Liffey Meats when they’re in Ballyjamesduff? They should not be allowed sully the good name of us Liffeysiders.

because the stink in the factory is almost as bad as the pong off the Liffey

Aine Lawlor was good on morning Ireland:

AIPB: We have never bought horse meat
Lawlor: Well obviously you did

She pulled him up on it two or three times.

Although she missed a couple of great chances to go for the jugular though.

The spokesman stated it was one burger out of 1,000,000 that they produce every day.
The obvious response to that was that seeing as this was the only burger they tested and it was detected back in November, so they could potentially have put 50,000,000 burgers containing horse meat into the market since then.

I’ve always thought those burgers were rebolting so it doesn’t affect me.
