The tide is turning. GAA is (slowly) getting its act together in Limerick, particularly in the city. 10 years ago you’d hardly ever see lads walking around with a sliotar and hurley. We’re back competitive underage again - which wasn’t the case for years and years - and lads in the underage squads are getting looked after pretty well, even if it still lags behind the set-ups in other counties. All in all I’m confident we’ll kill off rugby in the next decade or so.
