Steady there art. Neither you, nor anyone else on here know the ins and outs of this tragedy. I would imagine that his blood relatives feel that his marital situation did not help matters. I doubt very much that there is any greed involved here on the part of the family. You could just as easily argue the other way I would think.
For some bizarre reason, some if his extended family seem to believe that the little girl feel to her death despite the note describing otherwise.
He murdered his daughter and no other side story no matter how wrong on mothers part can mask that fact.
knowing the ins and outs doesnt excuse the fact the cunt coldly planned to kill his daughter and carried it through. he made a new will a couple of days beforehand writing out both his wife and the daughter which shows he planned it. the wife has carried herself with enormous grace in all of this by allowing the husband to be buried with the daughter he murdered and by not roaring back like a fishwife at the inquest.
the wife is entitled to 50% of the estate and you could argue she should get the lot because of the suffering yerman has caused her
if he raped the daughter would people be so sympathetic
It’s a very sad case, who knows what went on behind closed doors in the months and years before the awful incident. I don’t think people should be casting aspersions on anyone. A family has been destroyed, not sure people should be taking sides in this to be honest.

I am not talking about that, and I doubt he was stable at the time. I am talking about his families undoubted perception of his wife. If my partner had done that, the last thing I would ever be at is trying to go back and look for part of her estate. I’d get out and never ever go back. Just me though.

These murder suicide cases always seem to give rise to some sympathy for the person who murders and then takes their own life.
Had the person simply murdered and not taken their own life, there would be no sympathy.
So sympathy seems to come along the lines of the fact that the person must be mentally ill and ‘didn’t mean’ to kill the child.
Not true of course. This guy seemed to plan this out and knew exactly what he was doing. He is without any doubt a murderer.
