Absolutely. Anyway it’ll be done and dusted by the first week of December.

An awful way to live.

What is? I have a fantastic job kid.

It would be negligence to get in the car after 7 hours at home and back out on the road for 3/4 hours. I did it for about six weeks when I started working up here. Down to Limerick on a Tuesday afternoon/evening, then back in the car first thing Wednesday morning. Figured out fairly lively that wasn’t gonna work out long-term.

I know mate. I was being sarcastic.

I’ve met @iron_mike a couple of times after days at work. I gotta say what he says here is very true - he really really likes his job. There’s very little moaning from him (hope you don’t mind me saying this!)

Not possible in the long term. Do I miss home? Absolutely. But at this time of year especially, I need to know that the family aren’t worried about me wondering when they’ll here the car pulling in.

You’re actually hilarious :joy:
The commonly used turn of phrase of saying something is depressing is a king long way from ‘casting aspersions :grinning:’ that somebody is depressed

You’re an awful petty chap

Toasted sandwich with Batch bread, French’s mustard, mayo, ham, cheese, tomato and onion. Fucking delicious.

What’s the difference between batch and normal sliced pan?
