The sheriff has put out a few people that I’m aware of but they’re generally vexatious litigants, a group that flood fits very easily into.
Maybe it’s because most of the people here are breaking their balls to play the game by the rules and make their mortgage payments and it galls them to see a couple not pay a penny for a decade to live in a leafy suburb and then try to pull a stroke on the system.
That’s my guess anyway.

I’d say it’s a lot more than that in fairness.
Far far more of these just get returned to the courts by the sherrif as unable to process. Next step here I bet is contempt of court hearing and a few days in the clink before they get them out of house
I think whatever chance they had with that went when they missed Verona lambe. The sherriff will go for them in the very near future. That said, don’t be surprised if they get arrested for trying to impede the sheriff

Iv seen JB in action in the courts a few times. They are far more wary of him than he is of them

Know nothing of Linnane but Kelly had ample opportunity to deal with JB behaviour over a decade, multiple examples if his disrespecting the courts etc and he did nothing
