Tipperary GAA 2015

Another Tipperary GAA man who appears to be an absolute gent. I love Tipperary people generally. From Gemma Hayes to Declan Ryan to Big David Power - class acts. This is a Kieran Shannon interview with Brendan Cummins:

I volunteer to record this fight and to stomp on the head of the loser, Dougal style.

A no show from choco, and didn’t i leave my phone at home* so other than that I’d take a selfie and prove to everyone that I am in fact here.

  • I learnt a lot from the graham o Dwyer trial. In case choco ended up dead I didn’t want my phone traced to the murder scene.

Nenagh Eire Og 1-30 Ballina 0-07 [/QUOTE]
No real surprise. Nenagh had to win and win well to give themselves a chance to get through. That group is exceptionally tight. If Nenagh beat Clonoulty, 3 teams will finish level on 4 points. Ballina unlucky to be such a tough group.

Results from this weekend. Things becoming a lot clearer with regards to the Last 16.

Roscrea 1-28 Borrisokane 2-11
Carrick Swans 6-10 Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams 2-11

Portroe 0-20 Moneygall 0-7

I was at Sarsfields and Kildangan. Jesus Thurles were abysmal, they didn’t try at all and Kildangan took full advantage. No Paidi Maher or Dennis Maher while kildangan had Darragh Egan at centre forward and a 16yr old in goals!

I missed Drom v Kilruane but I was told that Niall O’Meara got a bad off the ball belt off Liam Ryan and is doubtful for the north championship fixture this wkend. Buggy is also uo for surgery during the week so factor that into your accums.

I’d imagine Upperchurch are fairly pissed off with Sars attitude to this game. Second year in a row they’ve gone out on score difference.

Do Sarsfields have to win the Mid now to progress in the County, or will a Mid Final appearance be enough?

Sars were already through before yesterday.

That group finished…
Sars 4 points
Kildangan 3 points
Upperchurch 3 points
Moycarkey 2 points.

Kildangan went through on score difference mainly because they beat Sars by 12.

tha sars won their group so the mid has no relevence to whether they advance to the last 16. it might have a bearing on the difficulty of their draw though. if they win the mid that would mean they go into the drum as the divisional winner not the group winner.

I thought Sars had lost more than once. My bad.
Story with Clonoulty?

How is relegation shaping up? Knockavilla Kickhams won once so should be safe I presume?
