Tipperary GAA 2020 - The Famine Is Over - Ireland's Premier Dual County

Was it Shinners who was centre back mainly for Newport when O’Mahoney was in his pomp?

Eoin Shinners? Nope, he was more a full forward/corner forward

That’s good in fairness to the county board. The extra weeks helped an awful lot

Please God there are no hiccups, but it’s a better schedule than a normal year.

Hopefully there’s a rethink of this April nonsense next year

So the link with the divisions is gone?

Just for this year but they’ll certainly be hoping that it will convince people to get rid of it

Yeah the boys at the top table were pushing for it alright. Divisional championships in December will be fun :grimacing:

They might get it if they let clubs host one home game in the county championship and allow them keep the receipts. One home, one away, one neutral.

I’d say the divisions will be played in October without county players.

No way, December it will be. Just like Kerry.

The under 21 championship will take precedence in December.

There is no way the divisional boards will playoff their championship without county players. It’s their money spinner.

If they wait around, they wont get them played at all. Isn’t the All Ireland going to be mid December anyway.

They’ll be played in October without County players.

Who would be the strongest club without county players? Upperchurch?
