The fact that it very specifically says itâs a league panel and doesnât include the likes of Willie Connors (who we know is injured) suggests that Bubbles might be back for Championship if he gets fit. He was an awful size when I saw him before Christmas; but youâd imagine that if heâs fit, heâll walk back in.
A few years back Cuala played Tipp in a challenge around this time of year. Bubbles was dragged off the bench with 20 mins to go with guffaws of âwintering wellâ for all to hear. 20 mins later he had 1-4 clipped with the response from a few sages that âwrists donât winterâ.

Bowe is there. Sweeney was on panel in 2019 but let go shortly afterwards.
