Maybe John Meagher or Brian McGrath could fill the gap.
To be fair, he is, as regards striking and pure skill, one of the very finest hurlers I have ever seen.

Brian McGrath could fit the bill if he had a midfield duo that can win the middle third and a hard working HF line. Serious ball player and good hurling brain.
Ronan Maher midfield could be a good shout.

Callanan hasnāt given up on summer yet.
Reaction to bubbles being dropped seems quite muted. Would have thought for tipp to have any success this year yeād be needing him and Forde to take on additional responsibility and go upafew levels and be looking to build an attack around the two of them.

Bubbles would be up there as one of my favourite hurlers of all time. A joy to watch. Sadly, those Limerick gym bunnies have ran the likes of him out of the game at inter county.

When heās injured, he tends to put on a bit of weight.
Heās absolutely ICONIC and bordering on the Hall of Fame but longevity is against him.
He only made his debut at 22 which was old at the time.

Amazing it took him that long to play senior considering the displays he used to give at u21 for Tipp. His own choice though Iād say

He couldnāt be bothered at the time. He was plenty good enough to start in 2011/12.
