Tipperary GAA 2022

Riddled with back problems?

32 this year but obviously had the healthscare last year.

Upperchurch on a serious roll at the minute.

It will take a fair side to beat that Upperchurch team.

They have only 17 used senior so far this year, the quarter final in two weeks will tell a lot.

Clonoulty beat Sars by two.

Sars are GONE

@peddlerscross - will they be wailing in the streets?

That’s some victory for C/R given everything and the injuries they also have. Means they are also 2nd seeds next year while I think Sars drop to 3rd seeds. Although I may be wrong on that.

The soft townies knocked out by Brackens.

Nenagh were 7 points up in second half. Brackens scored three second half goals (Andrew Ormond, Shane Bourke x 2)

Kiladangan on paper have best panel left, just above Loughmore. Drom are dark horses this year. I think if Kilruane had Craig Morgan, they’d give it a rattle but he’s too big a loss.

I’d say the atmosphere will be grim in The Sars Centre for the foreseeable.

5 years and counting without a County Championship. I said it last night but if you lined up the Sars B backs against the A backs currently there would be little or nothing in it. They just dont know their best 15 players. They have a lot of similarities to Ballygunner in terms of resources and up until 2017 they were very much their equal, but whatever has happened since they have fallen a mile back in their ultimate quest to win the AI Club.

On the other hand what can you say about Clonoulty? They are playing for something far more important than a County Championship. Sport is amazing and the lift that win will give the parish will be unreal. Something just to talk about for the next two weeks and i wouldn’t put it past them to go all the way now.

If a team could catch Kiladangan in the quarters it would throw the championship wide open. I think Drom could be the team. They are motoring well. Nothing between the other teams. I agree with what @peddlerscross has said re: Clonoulty. Today was a huge win for them and give them loads of belief. The father said the atmosphere was something else in Holycross. They’ll also have the neutrals behind them. Robert Doyle could be back the next day and it’s another game under the belt for Winnie and Cathal Burke.
