I’m afraid 2025 is going to be the nadir at senior for this generation.However we’ll bounce back quick though. A tsunami of snipers in coopers coming on stream at senior after that.

What’s the story with his accent?
Around 16 forwards of Inter County class vying for 6 spots in the U20 forward line.
We’ll probably win the minor again too.
Next week will be a step up for Thurles. These Ballygunner young fellas are good and come from good stock.
Living in Australia since 2015 sure. Surprised he lost the Irish accent so quick though.
I’d say when you are talking to Ozzies full time its no bother lose the accent whereas most Irish people who go over spend 90% of the time talking to other Irish so their accent remains.

Amazing these afl lads have cleaned out so many counties of top players but not Dublin who won so many all Irelands.
There was a Stynes fella in the 80’s/90’s from Dublin who made it big in AFL. Ciaran Kilkenny was briefly recruited in the winter of 2012/13 but said he came back to win All-Ireland’s with Dublin. I was a bit taken aback when I saw Daire Cregg of Roscommon say the same in a recent interview. A very open football championship these days I suppose but I was surprised he spoke so candidly of it. I’m not sure I can see *Big Davy Burke leading an ageing team to an All-Ireland.
