Limerick seem to get the job done first half.
0-49 to 3-27 in second halves over their last three.

They often only got the job done by a point of two with a second half run in knockout games though.
Trampling the mentally brittle has padded that out.

Have Tipp another game to play this year?

Her 2 sons, have underage A county medals. Still playing with the club. She is the designated Doctor for semple Stadium. I’m sure she does some medical work for the team. I will say one thing for her, if you ever have back pain, and you can get into her clinic, she’ll cure it . If she cant , then it’s incurable. Her family would be fairly big GAA people. They’d be at most club games. Her first cousin would be chairman of the club. Nephews still play for the club. You could class her as a bit of an eccentric but theres definitely nature in the woman. Also a fine singer.

They’ll probably play a game in Antrim as a fundraiser. Tipp will always help out the less fortunate (counties that dont border them) to ensure the game grows in other parts of the country.

I am surprised to hear that. I heard her speak at a funeral before and she was mentioning how Michael Ryan was Tipps answer to Brian Cody. She didn’t seem to have a clue. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I seen her in the celebrations.

Pass the fat frogs…

Divisional hurling kicks off this weekend, hard to conjure up any form line and there will be a few lads nursing injuries and hangovers.

Big game of the weekend West final is Cashel v Clonoulty. On 2024 form I’d still fancy clonoulty but cashel have Ger Browne back hurling well and Shane Neville is an addition.
Oisin o Donoghue is a year older also. Should be a bumper crowd in Golden tomorrow evening.

In the mid, Holycross v Drom and Moycarkey v Loughmore play quarter finals.
Holycross will be down BOM and Jim Ryan, Drom haven’t been going well is the word on the street but no inter county players might be a help. They still have quality players no matter what 15 lines out.
Holycross have prob the best back 6 in the county on paper but may still be a little light up top when the ground softens.

Moycarkey are meant to be flying it on the challenge match circuit. They got to a mid final last year where they were punished by some silly errors by Loughmore who are away hard to beat in anything. Joe Egan will be a big in for Eddie Brennans men after missing last year.

Jk brackens and Sars are in the semi finals with byes.

North is:
Nenagh v Kilruane
Kiladangan v Roscrea
Toome v Lorrha

Top game will be the big one there. Nenagh always seem to underachieve but any team with Jake Morris, Sam O Farrell, Josh Keller, Heffernans x 3, Conor McCarthy, Josh Houlihan has got to be rated if they can get it together. Kilruane know their team and weren’t a million miles off Loughmore last year.

South is:
Swans v Mullinahone and Mary’s v Killenaule. I think Mary’s might eventually get a win down south this time.
Swans v Mullinahone is a coin toss as usual.

Clubber showing all of these games and more, savage service.

Rhys Shelly with a fine penalty save there from John McGrath. Moycarkey comfortable winners against Loughmore-Castleiney.

4-25 - 2-20

Swan beat Mullinahone by 8 points, were 6 up at half-time.
Mullinahone poor enough, might be no senior team in the South at the end of the year.

Clonoulty win west final by 5 over CKC. Their ninth in a row although they were made to work for it. Robert Doyle ran about 80 yards at top speed to assist the winning goal.

Cashel should stay up based on that.
Clon in a group of death so will be delighted to have a preliminary at least.

Hurling is real Dog and Duck stuff in South Tipp

Swan will surely go up over the next few years if not this year. Is Kelly finally finished playing for Mullinahone?

Cashel still a bit disappointing considering the names they have?

Wasn’t playing tonight anyway.
Swan have potential to go up alright.

He played against us 2 or 3 weeks ago.
They needed a goal to level the game.
Referee awards them a dubious 21 yard free.
Kelly strikes it but its saved and we clear.
Ref blows the whistle to say one of our players encroached into 21. We are going mad. Kelly then goes and gets a size 4 sliothar for the retake and scores. Surprised the ref wasnt asking for his autograph.
