I got a bit of the 7/2 on nenagh early on, there was loads of 5/2 up until yesterday which was crazy given what Sars were down, their performance in the mid and nenagh didnāt seem bothered by Kilruane. Just annoyed I didnāt go in heavier.
Sam touched the ball about 9 times and scored 0-5. He is simply incredible.
Nenagh play everything through Mikey. Great player but Iād be getting more ball on Jake.
Sars will still likely beat Cashel & Mullinahone.
Holycross 8 up here towards ht. Dominating Toome all over.
Great battle between o Reilly and McCarthy. Tadgh Gould has been excellent for Cross.

Jake is carrying a knock since RR, missed Laois game because of it and more will go through him when heās fitter. Ben West was the target man in the 1st half against the wind, very willing and athletic, but a very limited hurler. This is Mikeyās 20th year on the team, he scored a goal v Toome in '06 final as a 17 year old, and I thought he was done last year. 2 All Ireland minor winners medals, and his birthday New Yearās Eve. No substitute for class as they say. As regards the betting, few of us waiting on Clonoulty tomorrow for a bonanza, went with the outsider treble. With the congested divisional structures, I reckoned some teams werenāt pushed about losing first day out. 7/2 Nenagh today was outrageous really

Iām on Clon 7/2. Couldnāt get into the shop to do the treble, not allowed multiples online.
Good few of the all Ireland winners struggling with fitness, Ronan isnāt near 100% for Sars.
Brian o Mara is gone for all of the groups for Holycross.

Nenagh are serious dark horses.
They should top the group now from here and may even be able to rest Jake in the process.
They look tailor made for the Stadium too.
Thurles should still qualify but will need to get it together quickly.
That late Loughmore free back to Aidan McGrath looked like it didnt go the 13m.

Yes, I was seething at the time but in hindsight Drom showed good fight in the second half after going 8 points down and looked fitter and more mobile with some of the young guns standing up.
It has to be said Loughmore are gone back a level or two. Beating a team who are broke by a point while paying 4 lads on your own backroom team doesnāt say much for them

Just watched back the last 20 minutes and Drom were all over them, but i guess they had to fall 9 behind in the first place.
Callanan still has it but time to let Cormac Fitzpatrick hit the frees i think.

Yes he was county minor football goalie last year. Heās apparently a fairly bright prospect and Loughmore need a goalie; with Drom not having a football team he threw his lot in with them.
I was surprised Callanan was on the frees. He is so lackadaisical from play at times. A couple of times tonight he tried fancy stuff that didnāt come off

Loughmore have always had a very unique approach to goalkeeping in both codes.
No chance Iād say, unless he moved to Loughmore or got an address there. The transfer was only permitted as Drom couldnāt offer him football.

I remember watching them Stephenās day a few years ago in the Inter. Callinan was class.
If it stops interfering with Senior hurling then yes.
Iād say theyāll try regrade to Junior A and enter a team then if at all possible.
