The factory munster joinery have while creating employment for a rural area completely takes the piss. 8 to 6 every day with a 45 minute break all day. Knowing a few lads who have worked there a soul destroying place.
And a half day on Saturday? I heard that from someone but it could be wrong…
Put down 2 summers there. Torture. Hours as you said. I remember working there during USA 94. Ireland Italy was on a weekday afternoon. They didnt want to leave everyone off early for it but eventually relented. Had to start at 5 am to get off the few hours early

Gavin Esler has a podcast running at the moment called The Big Steal about Putin’s riches and Russian politics in general. I’ve only got around to listening to the first episode so far but it was good, I must catch up on the rest of it.
