Good interview with dunphy and tommy martin on tonight. I used to ‘hate’ him but in hindsight you’ve really gotta love the guy. He’s lived a great aul life and he was a ballsy little cunt all the way through from wearing the armband for bloody Sunday to becoming public enemy no 1 vs big Jack to being the most box office sports pundit of all time and a lot in between.

Only saw the end of this tonight. Jeez he was even more likeable in the last part admitted straight up he got it wrong on john Delaney and talked about how he feels he embarrassed his parents (overly harsh but rare humility in a fella like him).
I’m nominating him for alright sort of the year. And he was proved right in the end about Ronaldo

Dunphy was a brilliant pundit in fairness.
You’d look forward to his half time analysis. Might not always have been accurate, but that didnt matter.

I watched the one there on Bees. The auld lad had a hole in his bee mask so that he could smoke his pipe. I suppose the smoke would keep the bees away.
