I was led astray. I was absolutely famished by the time I got up, so went straight to Big Fan which was closed. Lucky Tortise next door was full.
Didn’t fancy traipsing around the place so ate in the next place down which was called Bao Bun. The buns themselves were tasty but in general it was meh. I’ll be better prepared tomorrow evening hopefully.
Is carbonara with cream still a thing in restaurants in Eire?

Had lunch there. Tiny portions but very tasty. Probably works better with a group but definitely a thumbs up. The patatas bravas were unreal.

Chicken dinner! Chong ching Lazi-ji. Deep fried chicken with bones in a heap of spices. One of my favourite chines dishes ever. Did they give you any bones in it?
