The system is absolutely full of nonsense claims. Anyone who says otherwise has never worked in the area. Obviously fraudulent claims shouldnt be entertained, like people who’ve lived illegally in another EU state for years and now, suddenly, after being issued with a deportation order, they realise they can’t go back to Albania/Georgia etc.
That they are causes a massive backlog and takes time and resources away from the genuine cases.

There’s the problem. Once you grant asylum you can’t then deport him because, essentially, he has nowhere to go.
Ireland won’t send you back to a dangerous country, regardless of what you have done.
