The SCC has a 94% conviction rate, sounds like the prosecution just have to turn up to get a conviction.

Dowdall is saying he lied in 2016 because he knew the Hutches had moles in garda HQ. Reasonable enough position, but I’d imagine one that is conveniently based on the recent happenings.
Again… What changed but the charge of murder agin him. His credibility has been obliterated.
As i said the other day it’s mad this evidence wasnt even part of the states original case. They have fuck all on him really, but just banking on the SCC believing everything the state will tell them.

If hutch is convicted here can he appeal the conviction to a higher court?
You’d wonder why Dowdall had a flight booked to Dubai before he was arrested in 2016.
