Nice one. We’ve 11 nights booked with a night in cork either side for early/late flights.
Our youngest struggled last year in the heat, it affected the vacation a bit but this year we’ll have her meds with us. She suffers with a long term ( minor) illness and the flights and heat etc caused her to be ill again.
We never have to worry about stuff like that in Kerry … but.
I’m going for a lovely bit of a roast now followed by 70 mins roaring at a screen in an irish themed bar.

I’ve a grand picture built now. A 1990 jersey on, faded shorts and obligatory sun burned legs as the sweat washed off the sun cream. You’ve the jersey on to cover the peeling skin on your upper body after you roasted yourself half to death on the first day in the pool saying ‘sure it’s not warm enough for it to burn me’. Your face will turn purple during the game due to a combination of a roaster lunch, porter, sunshine and dehydration.

It was my first day out there so that was my Irish tan. We had just beaten Tipp in 2007 so the celebration were warranted. Good times.
